Define aggression.



For the purposes of this class, aggression is any physical or verbal behaviour intended to hurt someone. This excludes auto accidents, dental treatments, and sidewalk collisions, but includes slaps, direct insults, and gossip.

Two Types of Aggression

1.Instrumental Aggression: aggression that provide a means to an end.

2.Hostile Aggression: aggression with the aid of injuring someone driven by anger.
