No polarization in one eye, and when the image changes, you open the other eye. The image oscillates back and forth at about 120 Hz/second.
1. Two films take at two different positions
2. two views presented in alternate frames
3. Audience wears glasses which block one eye on alternate frames (usually driven by infrared signal)
Advantages- large audience, motion, color
Disadvantages- half normal intensity, expensive
