What does Jake Blount mean when he speaks about "us," saying he doesn't know how many of us there are in this country?


Although Jake Blount admits he is not a member of the Communist Party, his beliefs lie in that direction, so it seems when he says, "us," he is talking about communists, or people who share his beliefs.
