Q10 is the measure of temperature sensitivity of enzymatic reaction rate due to 10 degree increase in temp. the increase in activity for a ten degree rise in temperature. the Q10 for enzyme is higher and within a certain range but the drops abruptly. The Q10 for catalyst do not vary as drastically.
