What is the purpose of a portfolio? How do you decide what information to include in a portfolio?
Answer: The purpose of a portfolio is to effectively communicate the details of a project. Title page, working technical drawings and an "exploded" presentation page with a parts list (i.e., whatever is necessary to communicate all the details of a project)

Users have a vital stake in the information system, and should participate fully in the development process. They are/should be involved at every stage of development. Advantages : Users can participate effectively in the requirements modeling stage.
